Review attendance, notes, and shared documents
Updated August 14, 2026
You need a supervision relationship to view its sessions and documents, and a completed session before attendance or final notes are available.
Review a completed session
- Select Sessions.
- Open the Completed tab.
- Select the session you want to review.
- Check the date, duration, attendance, and any notes available to you.
Only completed time marked as attended counts toward your automatically tracked Motivo hours. Partial attendance uses the recorded minutes rather than the full scheduled duration.
Sign session notes
Your supervisor completes the session record and signs it first. When your signature is requested, review the information carefully and use the electronic-signature checkbox or signing action shown on the session.
Signing confirms the record you reviewed. If the attendance or notes are incorrect, message your supervisor before signing. Supervisors can update a completed session only during the available correction window. After that, Motivo may need to review the record.
View shared documents
- Select Supervisors and open the supervisor.
- Select the Documents tab.
- Open Your shared documents.
- Use Upload a document or Upload another document to add a file.
Uploads accept PDF, JPEG, and PNG files up to 10 MB. You can Rename or Delete only files that you uploaded. A document uploaded by your supervisor remains controlled by that supervisor.
If something is missing
Check that you opened the correct supervisor and session. A session may not appear as completed until the supervisor submits attendance. For board paperwork, download or keep your own copies rather than treating the relationship page as permanent document storage.
