Correct or troubleshoot your hours

Updated August 14, 2026

You need access to Progress; you can delete hours you entered manually, but you cannot delete automatic Motivo session hours there.

Delete a manual entry

Delete and re-enter a manual entry when its date, duration, type, or supervisor is wrong.

  1. Select Progress.
  2. Find the row in the hour log. Use Filters if needed.
  3. Select the delete icon on that row.
  4. Review Delete these hours?.
  5. Select Yes, delete.
  6. Use Add more hours to enter the corrected information.

The delete icon appears only for removable entries. Automatically tracked Motivo sessions do not have this action.

A Motivo session is missing

Confirm that the session is completed and that your supervisor submitted attendance. Pending, upcoming, cancelled, and unattended sessions do not add hours.

Open Sessions > Completed and check the attendance. If attendance has not been submitted or is wrong, message your supervisor. Partial attendance contributes only the recorded minutes.

The total or category looks wrong

Use Filters to separate Motivo and manual sources, supervision formats, and supervisors. Look for duplicate manual entries and confirm that you are viewing the intended license path.

Some older records may appear as Legacy hours without an individual session date. These are carried over from earlier records and may not have the same detail as current entries.

When the record cannot be edited

Supervisors have a limited period to correct completed-session attendance. If that period has passed, or if an automatic record remains incorrect after your supervisor reviews it, contact support@motivohealth.com with the session date, supervisor name, and expected attendance duration.
