Search and compare supervisors

You need a Motivo account to request a call and continue the process, although public supervisor profiles can be browsed without signing in.

Search the directory

Use the supervisor directory to narrow the list to people who fit your needs.

1. Select Browse directory from your Motivo account, or open the public directory.
2. Use the available filters for your license path, state, specialties, modalities, and other preferences.
3. Review each result's licensed states, license types, profile summary, and current availability.
4. Select View profile to read the full profile.

Directory availability reflects what a supervisor has shared with Motivo. It does not guarantee that every time or ongoing schedule you prefer is available.

Compare profiles

Look for a supervisor who is licensed to support your intended path and whose experience fits the areas you want to develop. Profiles may include education, licenses, specialties, supervision approach, identity information, recommendations, and current capacity.

Consider practical fit as well as professional background. Time zone, recurring availability, communication style, session format, and experience with your license type can all affect the relationship.

Choose a next step

When you find someone you want to meet, follow the profile action to request an intro call. The scheduling flow asks for information about your supervision needs and available times.

If your employer sponsors your supervision, your program team may choose or approve supervisors for you. You may still be able to review the supervisor's profile in your Motivo account.

If no profiles fit

Remove one filter at a time and search again. Confirm that your intended license state and category are correct in your profile. A supervisor may also stop appearing when they do not have capacity for new supervisees.
