Search and compare supervisors

Updated August 14, 2026

Before you begin

You need intro-call access and completed organization payment information to see Directory. The directory is for finding Motivo supervisors. Your organization's existing and in-house supervisors appear under Supervisors.

Search the directory

Use profiles to compare supervisors against the supervisee's licensing and scheduling needs.

  1. Open your account menu and select Directory.
  2. Search or filter for supervisors who serve the supervisee's state and license path.
  3. Open a supervisor profile.
  4. Review licenses and certifications, education, supervision credentials, experience, supervision approach, and stated availability.
  5. Compare more than one profile before choosing who should join an intro call.

Availability on a profile helps with planning, but the times offered during scheduling are the current bookable times.

Review supervisors already connected to your organization

Select Supervisors from the main navigation. Use Search supervisor by name/email to find someone, and use the supervisor-type filter when your organization works with both Motivo and in-house supervisors. The available filter labels include All supervisors, Motivo only, and Non-Motivo only.

Open a supervisor to see the supervisees connected with them. The Credentials tab is view-only and can include Licenses & certifications, Education, and Supervision credentials.

If the directory is missing

The Directory and Intro calls links are hidden when organization payment information is required or when your role lacks intro-call access. A team member with billing access can review payment information. A team member who manages roles can confirm whether your account should have intro-call access.

Reload the portal after either issue is resolved before searching again.
