Employer Dashboard

Step-by-step on how to navigate your employer dashboard.

Creating an Account

  1. Go to https://employers.motivohealth.com/employer-onboarding
  2. Fill out the form
    1. Enter the name your organization
    2. Your Employer setting 
    3. Add your company email address
      i.e. cassie@motivohealth.com
    4. Add preferred phone number
    5. Enter a rememberable password
    6. Make note of your password and email
    7. Select if you
      1. require supervisors to enter notes on the platform
      2. require supervisors to do admin hours
    8. Agree to Motivo's Employer Agreement and Privacy Policy
  3. Login to the dashboard

Scheduling Intro-Calls

  1. Search for supervisors to connect with in the directory
  2. Fill out the prep-for-call details and press Continue
  3. Select a few times and press Suggest Times
  4. You will receive an email that you that you suggested times. 
  5. Go to the Intro Requests page and navigate to your new request

Adding Employees

CSV Upload

  1. Go to the Supervisees page
  2. Click on Add more supervisees
  3. Click Download template
  4. For an easier time filling out the CSV, click File → Make a copy
  5. Fill out the CSV with your employees needing supervision.
  6. Once you’re done, go to File → Download → CSV
  7. Upload your CSV file by dragging the file to the upload box or clicking Upload CSV
  8. Click Upload employees
  9. You will see a success screen once complete

Manual Upload

  1. Go to the Supervisees page
  2. Click on Add more supervisees
  3. Click Use manual upload form instead
  4. Fill out the form
  5. Click Submit
  6. You will see a success message

Connecting with the supervisor

If the status of your intro call request is 'Awaiting user' you will do the following:

  1. Navigate to the Intro calls page - you will see a badge in the header and the ‘action needed’ status on your call
  2. Click View request
  3. Click Yes, confirm
  4. Click on any option on the pop-up modal
  5. You will see a celebration modal confirming your new connection! Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email.

Requesting a Supervisor Match

After adding employees, request a match with a supervisor.

  1. Navigate to the Supervisees page
  2. Click on the Onboarding tab
  3. Next to a supervisee, click Match supervisor
  4. Select a supervisor from the drop-down and click Submit
  5. You will see a modal confirming the match request was sent, and an email sent to the supervisor. Click Continue
  6. Repeat for your other employees

Managing Employees 

Rematch the Declined Supervisee

  1. Go to https://employers.motivohealth.com/supervisees?page=1&tab=onboarding
  2. You should see the declined supervisee in the table
  3. Click Match supervisor
  4. Select a supervisor from the dropdown
  5. Select a supervisor from the drop-down and click Submit
  6. You will see a modal confirming the match request was sent, and an email sent to your supervisor. Click Continue.

View a Scheduled Session

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard page
  2. If your session was scheduled for today, you should see the session in the Upcoming Sessions section
  3. Otherwise, navigate to the Sessions page to confirm the new session appears in the Upcoming tab
